Make sure to include shipping costs ($5 for U.S. and Canada, $16 for rest of world, regardless of the number of DVDs you order). DVDs will be sent by First Class U.S. Mail in a plain envelope with the return address "Kenneth Benjamin Media." All DVD sales are final. Damaged DVDs may be returned within 30 days for replacement with the same title.
